The Role

The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategy for Aeroseal and all of its businesses.  This includes driving paid digital advertising initiatives and related social media and community management activity, ensuring high quality and efficient delivery and execution to help grow the business.


Some Specific Tasks

  • Define and develop digital marketing strategies designed to raise the profile of the company, engage B2B customers and consumers, and generate leads and increase sales.
  • Lead paid digital advertising activities, in partnership with the Marketing Manager, Creative Manager and Head of Communications, along with digital specialists and outside paid media consultants/vendors.
  • Oversee social media and community management activities related to supporting consumers and dealers.
  • Participate in meetings with key and drive execution for Aeroseal business leaders around key verticals (e.g., Residential, Commercial, Equipment, AeroBarrier).
  • Execute against major company marketing initiatives through paid digital advertising support for webinars, newsletters, public relations and trade shows.
  • Support Marketing leaders and Business leaders in the development of marketing communications annual and quarterly plans.
  • Drive digital analytics and performance metrics to demonstrate ROI and optimize digital marketing campaigns and strategies.

Experience You'll Need

  • 4 - 6 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor degree in marketing, digital analytics or business required.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics and new and emerging approaches for engaging both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Experience using digital marketing to generate leads, deepen relationships with customers and drive sales.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key decision makers.
  • Ability to actively listen, analyze, and provide solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate across business units and stakeholders.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, CRM, CMS, and marketing automation.
  • Ability to take online marketing data and come up with plan refinements and optimizations, iteratively working a marketing strategy and plan toward sustainable success.
