The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Execution Manager, this role will be responsible for community relations across our social media platforms as well as driving our paid digital media efforts. This includes familiarity with managing Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts and creating ads on these platforms. 

Multiple parts of the marketing toolkit are used in this role and you will be working with professionals from PR, content creationevent promotion, lead generation and creative design. The role also involves interfacing directly with Aeroseal's customers, customer support team, and external partners as needed. It's the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to refine and grow their overall marketing skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. 


Some Specific Tasks 

  • Respond to all inquiries across corporate social media platforms to maintain a strong and responsive brand image. 
  • Work closely with the content and creative marketing teams to develop high performing campaign assets that will drive traffic to company content. 
  • Assist in content creation for social media as needed. 
  • Collaborate on the coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to align with sales and marketing strategies.   
  • Communicate campaign plans and results with internal stakeholders 
  • Generate marketing reports from Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms 
  • Review results and optimize campaigns to achieve desired performance 
  • Develop deep understanding of our solutions and target markets 
  • Be the "go to" person for Aeroseal digital marketing questions and audience insights

Experience You'll Need 

  • 2 to 3 years of related experience 
  • Bachelor degree preferred.  Two-year Associate degree as a minimum requirement. 
  • Experience leading social media campaigns 
  • Understanding of paid advertising; strategy and budgeting 
  • Understanding of scheduling tools, such as HootSuite or similar 
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key decision makers.  
  • Ability to actively listen, analyze, and provide solutions. 
  • Ability to learn quickly and multi-task. 
  • General computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Analytics. 
  • Understanding of analytics specific to a platform, such as Facebook Analytics 
  • Ability to take online marketing data and come up with plan refinements and optimizations, iteratively working a marketing strategy and plan toward sustainable success
