What You'll Do

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for unleashing the success of our dealer partners by helping them maximize their success using our technology and providing our services . The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction and identify new opportunities to drive growth within the accounts they manage. They will accomplish this by owning the sales, marketing, customer service, and support plans that will help our dealers succeed with their end customers.


The successful candidate will,

  • Drive development and pass-off of Aeroseal leads to dealer partners for follow-up and closing
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer contacts in dealer's business and a strong understanding of their business and its functions.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned accounts and be responsible for the on-boarding of newly assigned accounts who have enrolled in our Homeowner Awareness Program.
  • Assist dealers with sales and marketing training and ensure their technical teams are adequately trained and supported.
  • Utilize and our marketing lead portal to update both dealerand homeowner information and optimize the data intelligence and dealer segmentation process.
  • Develop, review and maintain a customer scorecard to guide dealer accounts to progressively higher levels of success selling our technology.
  • Identify any issues that might arise and resolve them with the customer and appropriate internal teams.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within our current dealer base'including expansion into new locations that have not yet been penetrated.
  • Help dealer partners meet and exceed monthly quotas and develop business plans to assist customers with developing new business.
  • Identify customer needs and wants for product, service and support; design new programs or initiatives that are customer-specific to enhance profitability of customer and company.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction to establish loyalty from client base.


Skills and Experience You'll Need to Do It

You must be comfortable owning and driving partner accounts to desired outcomes, prioritizing deliverables and managing projects with multiple goals and timelines.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, Communication or Liberal Arts.
  • Minimum of 2 years demonstrated success leading customer growth with key accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding ability to build teamwork and trust across multiple internal stakeholders while championing customer success.
  • Solid interpersonal and organizational communications and time management skills.
  • An entrepreneurial, positive, can-do attitude that will engage and challenge people to learn, grow and develop to win in an evolving market and growing organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership presence and desire to serve customers.
