Aeroseal Needs a Commercial Sales Coordinator Intern

 Who You Are

You are an eager individual interested in gaining hands-on experience in our Commercial business segment, working with the Commercial sales and field operations team.

 What You'll Do

The Commercial Sales Coordinator Intern will be expected to demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail including the following responsibilities:

  • Use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel as well as Sales Force CRM to track sales meetings, projects, and business development leads.
  • Update / Organize Pipeline Reports as well as work on various SFDC CRM initiatives.
  • Attend Commercial sales meetings and other Aeroseal company events / meetings.
  • Assists with project proposals and estimates for sales and estimating members.
  • Complete other administrative duties as assigned to maintain a high level of responsiveness to Aeroseal dealers, end-users, and ESCO partners.


Experience You'll Need to Do It

  • Inquisitive and detail-oriented
  • 2 years undergraduate studies while working towards a 4 year degree, preferably in marketing or business.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have a strong interest in sales / marketing as business disciplines.
